Once Upon A Party…

How it All Began

Our crazy story began as many adventures in life do… by jumping of a cliff and growing wings on our way down. This leap of believing in your ideas and intentions to create a better opportunity for everyone in our communities.

This is a story of two chefs (Juli y Juan’s Kitchen) and an event planner (Mountainside Events) who started two separate companies in 2015. Little by little we both started working together and co-creating events such a weddings, culinary-open-fire events in farms, private parties, corporate events and turn every opportunity into an unforgettable adventure.

With time we started having a great team of wonderful people who we saw was having a blast collaborating all together. The idea of creating a staffing company was born, but we were only staffing our events. The energy and word of our philosophy of teaching and working has spread around and suddenly we did not had enough events for everyone to work.

Starting 2020, we decided to launch it on its own and co-created NOCO Staffing. We hope to be able to open opportunities for the community to help create wonderful experiences for events and spread our philosophy of service with integrity, love, compassion, respect & personal growth. With the understanding that it is in us to keep creating a better world for our community.

Taylor

Taylor started an event planning company, Mountainside Events, over four years ago. Taylor is a native Coloradoan and has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Besides planning events, some of Taylors’ favorite things are; spending time with friends and family outdoors, live music, drinking an ice cold craft beer or a good cup of coffee, barbecues and campfires. She embraces the “Colorado Culture” and has created a company that does the same.

Juliana

Juli is one half of the dynamic duo Juli Y Juan. She is the chef behind Juli Y Juan’s kitchen, one of Northern Colorado’s top catering companies. Juli was born in Colombia and traveled to Mexico to start her adventures cooking. While in Mexico, she met Juan and together they traveled to the United States to go on a gastronomic tour before landing in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Juan A.

Juan is the other half of Juli Y Juan’s Kitchen, and the marketing guru behind the business. Born in California but growing up in Mexico, Juan met Juli and together they have created a wonderful life. Now they live in Colorado with their loving dog Penelope and continue to cook and create an amazing experience at every wedding and event. Food is much more then just taste, and Juli and Juan make it an entire experience.

Maddie York

Maddie has lived in Colorado her whole life and has been in the service industry for over 8 years. She moved up to Fort Collins and found her passion in the event industry by working at Noco Staffing events. From there she became an event planner at Mountainside Events and the manager of Noco Staffing. When not working events, you can find Maddie hiking, paddle-boarding, going to breweries and enjoying beautiful Colorado!

Vero

Vero moved to Fort Collins Colorado with her family from Mexico a few years back. She is the Financial manager for NOCO Staffing and if you haven’t met her yet, you will soon! She has a fun and loving personality and when she is not working with NOCO Staffing, she is most likely enjoying Colorado with her amazing family!
